| A Starry Night - The Butterfly Project "A Starry Night" produced by The New Jersey Arts Collaborative November 30, 2007 Performance The Butterfly Project is dedicated to Christopher Burke, who died of cancer at age 6. A children's book and stage production are the ultimate goal of the Butterfly Project and are intended to help children deal with untimely deaths, particularly the death of another child. The proceeds from the book as well as the stage production will benefit both the Children's Cancer Research Fund and Matheny's Arts Access Program. A percentage of all sales of the paintings I create during the various performances will also be donated to the Butterfly Project. Andrea Kramer's dream for the Butterfly Project became a reality on June 6, 2009 and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. Paintings done that evening are posted for sale at www.chriscarterart.etsy.com. 25% of sales will be donated to The Butterfly Project.
